The French Creek Ranch, a six-bedroom private house on 20 acres, accommodates up to 24 guests and includes a full kitchen, game lounge, and basketball court. All cabins have mini-fridges, and select rooms feature sofa sleepers.

A complimentary cold continental breakfast is included with every stay. Downtown Custer, within walking distance, has over 40 restaurants serving local fare, including western-style dining and German specialties. Nearby options include The Custer Wolf and Black Hills Burger & Bun Co.

The lodge borders Black Hills National Forest, with direct access to hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding trails.
