Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is conveniently located in Custer, making it a great base for exploring various events. While the rooms can feel a bit small and crowded, they are mostly clean and offer ample space, including a kitchenette. The service was a mix of very nice and helpful encounters, though housekeeping stood out positively. The location is ideal for accessing Custer State Park and other local attractions. The dining options, while adequate, can leave room for improvement. Overall, it's a good value for the money with some ups and downs.
The hotel sits on the hillside above Custer, making it easy to access restaurants in the area and explore the Black Hills. The rooms feel just like a larger hotel room with a functional microwave and refrigerator. We appreciated the friendly service, especially the attentive housekeeping. The breakfast had a decent spread, but the limited seating was a drawback. The location is ideal for visiting Custer State Park and Mount Rushmore.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect for day trips in every direction, offering a great base without the touristy feel. The rooms were cozy, clean, and easily accessible, making it convenient for anyone with mobility issues. The dining options were good but would have been better with some hot items. The proximity to attractions like Mt. Rushmore and Custer State Park was a huge bonus.
